Welcome to the website of Ing. Jan Stránský. Since 1996, we have been engaged in custom engineering production. We are a small, flexible company with 10 employees. We specialize in turning and milling, and we also offer welding and other technologies. We deliver products with all possible surface and heat treatments. In addition to individual parts, we also manufacture assembled units.
We provide comprehensive metal machining services, such as CNC milling, drilling, turning, and surface treatments.
- 2 CNC lathes KIA SKT 100 for precise turning and milling up to a diameter of 150mm
- CNC lathe MicroPanther for smaller series
- CNC lathe SPT32 for machining larger parts up to a diameter of 400mm
- 2 CNC Swiss-type automatics MANURHIN KMX432 for highly productive production of large series directly from bar material up to a diameter of 32mm
- 2 CNC milling machines HURCO for milling operations on parts with dimensions up to 450mm
We weld in a protective atmosphere using modern and proven methods.
- MIG/MAG – Welding in a protective atmosphere
- TIG/WIG – Welding with a tungsten electrode
- MMA – Manual arc welding
For cutting, drilling and pressing, we have:
- Conventional lathes SU50 and SW18
- 2 tool milling machines FNK25
- Hydraulic press for bending work
- Drilling machines
- Band saws and circular saws

- We work with all common materials, and recently, noble materials such as stainless steel and brass are playing an increasingly important role.
